I am very pleased to share the experience of Gail, a dedicated and hardworking member of our care team. Gail started with us in 2017 as a Care Coordinator. Since then, she has shown a strong commitment to helping others and making a difference in their lives. Gail has moved up in her career because of her hard work and leadership skills. After excelling as a Care Coordinator, she was promoted to Deputy Manager, and now she is the Registered Manager for Wolverhampton. This shows how capable she is and how much she cares about providing excellent care. With 42 years of experience in the care field, Gail knows a lot about her work. She understands the needs of both her team and the people they care for. To further her knowledge, Gail has successfully completed her Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care with our company, showing her desire to keep learning and improving.
