We understand the needs of all of our clients, the majority of which are in their later years and through the services listed above, our daily goal is to assist people to continue living fulfilled lives, independently, in their own home.

We work with our clients & their families to build a care support package designed specifically to their needs, providing as much or as little care support as they require. Our care & support workers help with any tasks that require assistance, such as morning and bedtime routines, bathing and dressing, housework and laundry & helping to prepare meals.

In addition, we also offer more specialized services including medication management & reablement care to assist our clients getting back on their feet after poor health or a hospital stay. We are also specialists in dementia care & we provide 24-hour Live-in Care.

We encourage our clients to stay in touch with their community as we believe this is a foundation for general health and well-being. Our services support our clients in doing this through a number of activities, including but not limited to accompanying you to attend religious services or social events, accompanying you to take part in activities you are interested in, accompanying you to meet up with your family and friends & accompanying you to collect prescriptions.

We also assist our clients in staying in touch with loved ones by letter, email etc.
