"I applied for a vacancy with Ave Maria care services as a care assistant.

They got back to my application very quickly. the next few days I had an informal interview over the phone. It was a very comfortable interview and I felt like I was just having a cosy chat with one of my friends.

I was asked to attend a training and induction day at their Wolverhampton office, the staff there were very nice and inviting. The trainer was very informative and willing to answer any questions we had. After this I had to complete the on boarding process. They provide many short courses for you to complete which helps with your role.

The whole recruitment process is very easy and if you do get stuck on anything there is always someone there to help. I am now looking forward to my journey as a care assistant with this wonderful company and their clients."
